We ensure quality by credentialing all providers, a thorough verification process. All listed providers are licensed professionals. You can review their qualifications and background. Every provider on MedPal is a trained professional recognized by state and national governing boards and societies.

We do not process any insurance claims. All transactions are solely for the professional services rendered by your provider. There are no insurances involved whatsoever, and nothing is transacted other than the professional services you receive from the provider.

Cancellations are generally not an issue. We ask that you cancel as early as possible out of respect for your provider's time.

You can easily reschedule your appointment by canceling your existing one and then requesting a new time with your provider.
